If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Eligible returns
- Products damaged in transit
- Wrong item delivered
- Unopened products in original packaging
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened oral-care products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via Whish Money transfer or store credit β your choice.
