Eligible returns

  • Unopened products in original packaging

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened oral-care products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via Whish Money transfer or store credit β€” your choice.
